The articles on this site are written by us from public guidance, with sources listed at the bottom. Images on this site are either our own or illustrations created with AI image tools. If you believe a page or image uses your work without permission, please tell us.
How to send a copyright notice
Email contact@fitnessmarble.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact web address (URL) on our site of the material you say infringes, so we can find it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please be aware that knowingly making a false claim of infringement can have legal consequences.
What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we review it, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and tell the person who published it. We aim to act within a few business days.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed material by mistake or misidentification, email contact@fitnessmarble.com with the subject “Counter-notice”. Include the URL of the removed material, your name, address and telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address. We may then restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Repeat infringers
We may end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
