These shrimp tacos are super easy to prepare and packed with delicious flavor. To infuse the shrimp with a sweet, savory, and nutty flavor, we season them with a combination of paprika, cumin, and garlic. Then, top them with a delicious sweet and spicy mango salsa, fresh and clean cabbage for extra texture, and a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt.

Shrimp Ingredients and Spices:
Shrimp 1lb Raw Jumbo Shrimp, tails removed and deveined
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika (Add 1/2 tsp or more of Cayenne Pepper to make it as spicy as you like)
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
2 sprays of Olive oil
6 Tortilla flour or corn
Shredded cabbage for topping
6 tablespoons Greek Yogurt (add 1 tablespoon per serving taco)
2-3 limes to squeeze over the tacos when serving

Mango Salsa Ingredients:
2 medium mango chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
10 Grape tomatoes
1/4 pressed or minced red onion
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Pepper

Directions:

1. Shrimp Seasoning: In a small bowl combine paprika, cumin, garlic powder, Himalayan salt and ground pepper.

2. Spray the shrimp with two sprays of olive oil and add the seasoning and mix. Cover the shrimp and let sit while you prepare the salsa. Long-term shipping option.

3.Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine mango, red pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, Himalayan salt and ground pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

4.Pan Fry in a skillet or air fry the shrimp. To pan fry, spray the skillet with olive oil or your favorite cooking spray, add the shrimp to cook over medium to high heat. Close the pan for 2-3mins to let the steam cook the shrimp which will keep the moisture. Turn the shrimp over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and cooked all the way through.

5. Heat your tortillas on the stove for 1 minute.

6. Place 3-4 shrimp in a tortilla, top with mango salsa, cabbage, greek yogurt, a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
