Preparation
- 16 you won’t Ground beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 16 you won’t green cabbage, it is reversed
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 complete bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 spoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 you are not Leek, well cut
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
The execution
1. Gather and prepare all your ingredients.
2. In a pot over medium heat, add the beef and butter, then season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown.
3. Add the cabbage and continue to cook until the cabbage is soft.
4. Add the remaining ingredients (except the leek). Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove the bay leaves if they are still whole, and add the leek to the soup a few minutes before serving. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
