Preparation
Pork Parmesan:
- you are 32 boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3-4 pieces
- 2 you are not Parmesan cheese, grayed
- 3/4 cup low carb tomato sauce, as the symbol of Rao
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Roasted Broccoli:
- 16 you won’t broccoli, take the florets
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
The execution
1. Gather and prepare all your ingredients.
2. Season the pork with salt and pepper, and place in the Instant Pot.
3. Add butter, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, and dried basil. Stir to combine. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 50 minutes on manual setting. Allow the pressure to release naturally (~15 minutes).
4. With 20 minutes left in the Instant Pot, preheat the oven to 400F. Place broccoli florets in a bowl/baking tray and toss with oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are browned.
5. Before serving, shred the pork with 2 forks.
6. If desired, sprinkle more parmesan cheese over the pork when peeling. Enjoy!
