- 250 ml almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Chocolate Smoothie Mix 2 tbsps
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/2 cup ice
