How to Store, Reheat, Freeze and Make in Advance

  • Nachos are BEST served fresh out of the oven and loaded with your favorite toppings.
  • You can store leftovers in the fridge in airtight container, but they will get soggy.
  • To reheat, you can place them in an air fryer at 350 degrees F for 4 minutes or in a baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • It’s best to reheat without any fresh toppings, and to re-add them once heated through. That includes salsas and guacamole.
  • You can freeze the cooked meat for up to 4 months in the freezer. Nothing else is worth freezing as it loses texture dramatically.
  • To prepare in advance, the best thing to do is have the toppings ready, cheese grated, sauces done. And the beef cooked up to 4 days in advance and stored in the fridge. Then all you have left is assembling.
