Ingredients

Slice

  • 9 Weet Bix
  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 can light condensed milk 400g
  • 125 grams salted butter
  • 1 row Caramilk chocolate

Chocolate top

  • 1 block Caramilk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place all the ‘slice’ ingredients into the food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Place mixture into a baking tray and press mixture firmly down.

  3. Place the baking tray in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.

  4. Melt the Caramilk chocolate over the stove.

  5. Remove the slice from the fridge and drizzle the melted Caramilk chocolate on top.

  6. Return the slice to the fridge for one hour to set before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
