Cisco Live Melbourne is quickly approaching (Nov 11-14), and Cisco Customer Experience (CX) has embraced this year’s theme, Go Beyond. Our team has prepared sessions, demos, lightning talks, and other exciting engagements to help you experience all that Cisco Customer Experience offers at Cisco Live 2024. Here’s a little preview:

CX Sessions

As part of the Keynote: Go Beyond on Tuesday, November 12, Jacqui Guichelaar, SVP & General Manager, Cisco Customer Experience APJC, will show how we are helping our customers transform by innovating the future, optimizing for speed and efficiency, and securing business resiliency.

On November 13, our Center Stage session Accelerating Infrastructure Modernization and Execution Strategies for AI provides an insightful discussion on how customers can rapidly transform their infrastructure to be well-prepared for the AI era. With many enterprises transitioning from piloting to operationalizing AI, the push to modernize their IT infrastructure to support AI initiatives and other advanced technologies has accelerated. In the Cisco Customer Experience stand, you can have deep technical discussions and experience demos on multiple topics. Our subject matter experts will have demos on the same topics of AI, automation, services as code, Cisco Lifecycle Services, security, Success Tracks, sustainability, TAC Innovations, partner solutions, customer success, and more. All demos are focused on driving business outcomes for your organization. Technical Assistance Center – Onsite

The Cisco Customer Experience Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will be onsite this year. Meet with Cisco TAC technical leaders, subject matter experts, and Global TAC leadership, attend a technical solutions clinic, and take advantage of this unique opportunity to discuss your challenges and questions. Through mini-sessions, learn about the GenAI capabilities in TAC and the AI/ML-powered support assistant, gather basic troubleshooting skills, and gain insights into efficient ways to troubleshoot your Cisco solutions.

Cisco Customer Experience Live Trivia

On November 11-14, we’re excited to host live trivia in the Cisco Customer Experience Theater inside our booth twice per day with rapid-fire questions about technology based on our Cisco Customer Experience demos and sessions. This is another chance for you to win a great prize so come by and join the competition.

Live Trivia will be held at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, at 12:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. You’ll have the opportunity to take home a Yeti Hopper Backpack Cooler to earn a “cool” prize by showing off your knowledge of Cisco Customer Experience. Of course, you can attend our demos and sessions to learn more about Cisco Customer Experience and increase your chances of winning.
